Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge at support@autoshipai.ioand we'll review your request. Refunds are issued at our discretion to the original payment method.
Free and formation access
Free trials and complimentary formation access carry no charge and are therefore not eligible for refunds.
