You can delete your AutoShip AI data at any time. This page explains how and what is removed.
Delete from the app
- Disconnect a social account from the Accounts page to remove its stored tokens and stop all scheduling for it.
- Delete your account by contacting us — this removes your profile, connected accounts, tokens, media and scheduled posts.
Request full deletion
Email support@autoshipai.iofrom your account email with the subject "Data deletion request". We will delete your personal data and revoke stored tokens within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and login credentials.
- Encrypted social account tokens.
- Uploaded videos and generated thumbnails.
- Scheduled posts and related metadata.
Note: content already published to your social accounts is controlled by those platforms — delete it directly there.
