This Privacy Policy explains what data AutoShip AI collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the service you agree to this policy.
Data we collect
- Account information: your email, name and password hash (we never store your password in plain text).
- Connected social accounts: access and refresh tokens obtained via official OAuth, stored encrypted at rest. We never ask for or store your platform passwords or API keys.
- Videos and captions: the videos you upload and the captions derived from their file names, stored temporarily to publish them.
- Usage and logs: technical logs for reliability and security. We avoid storing sensitive data in clear text.
How we use your data
- To publish your content to your own connected accounts.
- To operate scheduling, billing and support.
- To secure the service and detect abuse.
Third parties
We use the official APIs of the platforms you connect (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and, later, TikTok) to publish on your behalf, and Stripe to process payments. We don't sell your data.
Data retention
Uploaded videos are automatically deleted approximately 7 days after a successful publish. We keep minimal metadata (caption, status, publish date and the platform post reference). You can request deletion of your data at any time — see our Data Deletion page.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and disconnect any social account at any time. For requests, contact support@autoshipai.io.
